Why you might ask. Because they were there I guess is the only answer I have. I started this a few weeks ago for DPW's weekly challenge, which was to use Pantone's color of the year, only it took way longer than expected. I use clove oil in my paints to keep them wet longer, which is good and bad: good because if I don't paint for a few days, the paint is still wet, bad if I need a painting to dry, so I can rework it. This painting falls under the bad category as I had to rework it several times. I'll oil it up to get rid of the dull places in a few weeks and replace the picture.
