I listen to books on tape while I paint and I thought I'd like to add the books I listen to along with the paintings. I painted the troll while listening to Alexander McCall Smith's, Unusual Uses for Olive Oil, which had a great reader and was wildly funny in a strange way. I discovered his books two months ago and I've been practically inhaling them ever since. If you haven't read him, you're in for a treat!
